Dr. Pranesh passed out of Bangalore Medical College in the year 1978. Initially after working in a couple of local hospitals for two years, he joined National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore in the year 1980 as a Medical officer. Served NAL for two decades, took Voluntary retirement in the year 2001 and started practicing Medicine on his own at J.P. Nagar Clinic situated in J.P.Nagar, Bangalore.

He is basically an animal lover and picked up the hobby of wildlife and nature photography for more than 30 years. He has visited several forests in India and taken innumerable pictures of Wildlife. His pictures have won several acceptances in national and international Photographic Salons. One of his photographs had won a first award and some secured certificates of merit. Even to this day, he loves to go for wildlife photographic trips.

He has a keen interest in Indian Scriptures and Spirituality. Since he is an ardent photographer and has keen interest in spirituality, he loves to travel and photograph temples. He has travelled several parts of India and extensively photographed temples and its sculptures.

He loves to write articles on wildlife and philosophy and contributed several articles.
